Simsona and its consultant Engineers provided MEP Engineering with sustainable design features. The program included one basement and a 3-story building constructed with fully functional and ready to occupy offices and guest houses. To provide enclosed and open offices, partitioning, ceilings, floor finishes, visiting missions office, library, meeting / variable and flexible conference rooms and areas (respectively 2x 12, 1x 20, 1x 30, 1x 60 seating arrangements)  and support rooms, auditorium style video conferencing facilities, lobby and security control room, professional kitchen, pantries and dining facility (24 seating capacity), toilet and shower facilities, medical room, UPS and stabilizer room, guards operations room, guards dressing room, cleaners/and supply room, machine room, stairs and lifts.

The reinforced building(s) and terrain required a comprehensive security system, guard houses, watch towers, Safe Haven, onsite parking, roads, recreational facilities, CCTV and access control. The site was enclosed with a ballistic perimeter structure including secure entrance gates control systems (sally ports for 2 vehicles), landscaping, lighting, bollards and water drainage system. The project included fully functional and integrated fulltime (on and off grid) automatic Electrical power generation, HVAC, IT/AV communications systems and Network room, Electrical systems, Plumbing, Solar heating, Clean water, Grey water, Sewage treatment, Waste removal systems, and Firefighting/life safety systems facilities
